A bullet struck him below the right eye, exited near his left ear and damaged the front of his brain, leaving him with a loss of 1/3rd of his frontal cortex and near blind in both eyes, hearing loss in left ear and extreme tinnitus, no feeling in left side of face, impaired cognitive processing, excruciating pain in left arm, and severe emotional pain and suffering.
